User's recommendation: Don't do any work you will not get paid
Cut your pay every chance they get
Promised big money for a ton of work I did and then stiffed me on it. Had to go back to the same property 3 times for "photos" missed.
Ive been doing this for 3 years. I don't miss photos. It was complete *** and they shorted me money, when they finally did pay after 30 to 45 days. Had to call and email several, and I mean several times with no results.
Now I can't get a hold of them for a 1099 because they went belly up. Glad they no longer in the industry. Can't say much more about it but I have to type in one hundred words.
Cant say much more about it but I have to type in one hundred words. words words words words
Preferred solution: Don't want a thing
Cheap pay
They pay so little for the work. The gas was costing more than the job pays.
They reject photos for no reason and then don't pay. I worked in the snow and rain to get it done on time. Then they have the nerve to grade you on performance. Their grade is a 1 or 0.
They should be sued for theft of service. They just stopped sending orders and I questioned it. They said they dropped NJ. They stopped answering my calls and made more excuses for not paying me.
They did not even pay $5 for a photo. Going out the door costs at least $5 never mind the time and gas
- Do not pay for work
Preferred solution: Send me a check Pay me as represented.
NEVER DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
They will not only take for ever to pay, they will dock your pay cause your "PHOTOS" don't meet their needs!!!! Anthony Golden is an *** and will talk to you like you are garbage, they ignore your emails, never call back had to call every day and 100s of emails and photos later finally got payment docked of 100.00 each job...If you own a business, FAIR WARNING NEVER EVER DO A JOB FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!!
THEY WILL MAKE IT SOUND ALL GREAT AND AWESOME AND YOU MAY BE EXCITED TO GET A DECENT JOB BUT HANG UP THE PHONE!! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE STRESS BELIEVE ME!!!
Run away
I had registered as a real estate vendor a number of years ago, and had received no business for years. I recently received an email that they needed updated information.
What they wanted was a "background check" registration from a "data diver". I have to pay and then have to pay a yearly renewal. Real scam. I am licensed and if I commit a felony - AND AM CAUGHT - it goes directly to our state bureau of investigation and then to the real estate commission and I have a pretty good chance of loosing my license.
Those data diving companies do more harm with bogus information and they can only find convictions. Aim your way says it is because I may be going into homes. I do that all the time - that is one reason I am licensed. Scam.
Stay away.
I get paid to do business. I do not pay to do business!
THEY ARE THIEVES
To all independent contractors, please RUN THE OTHER WAY. AIM YOUR WAY LLC is a shame.
We finished 7 orders for them 6 months ago and no PAY. They will lie, scheme, steal, and use. We have over 100 emails going back and fourth just to receive payment of those reports successfully submitted. Angela F, I don't know how you can sleep at night.
As a small business, every penny counts. And for you to call yourself a Women Business Owned is even more horrendous because we know how far we all have come to do and go the EXTRA for RESPECT.
We used our cars, gas, internet, cameras, time, amd hard work.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Little League
Don't waste your time with these guys, folks. After bending over backwards to try to help these guys as a vendor cover out of town properties, they canned me over one property 3 hours outside our coverage area they wanted me work for them even though I clearly communicated I could not.
These guys have no published vendor price sheet and want to pay you $7 for an inspection. What a joke! I am lucky enough to have made it out of this company's network only being owed a few hundred dollars.
From the sound of the other reviewers, you could end up being owed much more. Beware...
Preferred solution: just want to get the word out

Aim Your Way for Out of Town Properties
I own several units in college towns throughout the Midwest. Often it is impossible for me to travel to every location when something needs to be attended to. I have used AYW several times to find the representatives I needed to be on hand when I couldn't be.
Their online services make it easier for me to schedule and track the progress of our annual property inspections, routine maintenance and to remedy any compliance issues that have arisen. In addition, they've assisted in property pre-sale, disposition and eviction procedures.
Aim Your Way has been wonderful in bringing everything we've needed together under one easy to use interface.
Cheap suit version of safeguard
What happens when you get fired by safeguard for being relatively good at your job ( incompetent )?
You go to work for Aim Your Way, Texas and manage your accounts ( screw the vendors and over bill your clients). I wonder why they were just FIRED in four states by Freddie Mac.
Aim your way is a total cluster *uck mess. They have a few lower level employees that work hard but the owners are noticing absent, and the vendor managers , Hi Chet, Bud, Glen, are really good at vendor managing you out of the money you work hard to earn.
Beware of the " bid after the fact", gotta have it done right now, we're giving you approval over the phone, just do the work and fill out the form later.... Conversations, 14,000 bucks later they work real hard to keep you from getting paid.
Bud, Chet, go back to selling used cars.
SLOPPY FAT GUY LOOKED LIKE HE WAS GOING TO ROB ME h
I am in the process of trying to do a modification and this fat sloppy guy knocks at my door no card no id nothing saying my mortgage comp sent him yet he had nothing told me to give him some paper and he would write a contact number for the call. This unprofessional was the rudest and yet I am still going thru this modification which is probably stacked or trashed at someone's desk at ***'s Fargo.
Today I have a notice TAPED to my front door stating they were going to change the locks board up the house... I had to get an attorney and call law enforcement (atty told me to document it) YOU AIM YOUR WAY LLC IS A POS.

Run From AIM YOUR WAY, LLC Allen, TX
If you are approached by AIM YOUR WAY, LLC, Allen, TX, Run Away. They are full of false promises and do not pay what they promised.
They have no voice mail. They hardly ever answer the phone. They are not honest with their e-mails either.
Here is the story.
The hired me to do an initial inspection on two properties in New Hampshire. Both were at least 25 miles one way from my home. This INITIAL means at least 10 photos at the site, filling out a 10 page report on line at your computer and travel to and from the location. I normally charge $125.00 for this per location.
I agreed with AIM that I would cut it to $75.00 because of promised volume. The first check that arrived was for $7.50, YES $7.50. The next check was $15.00. This was 34 days after the inspection.
I called, no answer. I e-mailed and was told it would go to UPPER management . I received the amount agreed 31 days after the e-mail. During that 60 days I did 4 more inspections.
Supposed to be $75.00. I received $75.00, $75.00, $50.00 and $50.00.
I'm done fighting. As stated at the beginning, If you are approached by AIM YOUR WAY, LLC, Allen, TX, Run Away.

Do not work for this company
I worked for Aim for about 6 weeks and at first enjoyed it. The last 2 days that I was there Jeannie Martin was suppose to train me to be an assigner.
She was too busy talking to other employees and reading a book on her phone to train me. They let me go for some *** reason. They did bring me back because Fred wanted me to come back. When I did come back I had no training or anything.
They just told me to do the work. I worked there trying to find vendors to do some work and they did not want to do the work because of what Aim pays. They temp agency that I was working through called me and told me that she was pulling me off the assignment because I was not catching on. She also stated that she would find me another job.
I filed for unemployment and now the temp agency is saying they fired me because of poor work performance.
I was never told any of this.

At McDonalds I have to pay BEFORE they give me a big mac. I took 143 photos for a repo earlier today and posted them on line.
Then I thought to check their reputation and ended up at this site. I had already sent them an email with the link. But after reading this and other's complaints I immediately altered the link's index file, and sent them another email asking for payment via paypal FIRST.
We shall see in the morning when they get both emails if I get paid for making the photographs. I did send a few in the second email to assure them that I did make the photographs.
