NEVER DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
Run away
I had registered as a real estate vendor a number of years ago, and had received no business for years. I recently received an email that they needed updated information.
What they wanted was a "background check" registration from a "data diver". I have to pay and then have to pay a yearly renewal. Real scam. I am licensed and if I commit a felony - AND AM CAUGHT - it goes directly to our state bureau of investigation and then to the real estate commission and I have a pretty good chance of loosing my license.
Those data diving companies do more harm with bogus information and they can only find convictions. Aim your way says it is because I may be going into homes. I do that all the time - that is one reason I am licensed. Scam.
Stay away.
I get paid to do business. I do not pay to do business!

Run From AIM YOUR WAY, LLC Allen, TX
If you are approached by AIM YOUR WAY, LLC, Allen, TX, Run Away. They are full of false promises and do not pay what they promised.
They have no voice mail. They hardly ever answer the phone. They are not honest with their e-mails either.
Here is the story.
The hired me to do an initial inspection on two properties in New Hampshire. Both were at least 25 miles one way from my home. This INITIAL means at least 10 photos at the site, filling out a 10 page report on line at your computer and travel to and from the location. I normally charge $125.00 for this per location.
I agreed with AIM that I would cut it to $75.00 because of promised volume. The first check that arrived was for $7.50, YES $7.50. The next check was $15.00. This was 34 days after the inspection.
I called, no answer. I e-mailed and was told it would go to UPPER management . I received the amount agreed 31 days after the e-mail. During that 60 days I did 4 more inspections.
Supposed to be $75.00. I received $75.00, $75.00, $50.00 and $50.00.
I'm done fighting. As stated at the beginning, If you are approached by AIM YOUR WAY, LLC, Allen, TX, Run Away.

Do not work for this company
I worked for Aim for about 6 weeks and at first enjoyed it. The last 2 days that I was there Jeannie Martin was suppose to train me to be an assigner.
She was too busy talking to other employees and reading a book on her phone to train me. They let me go for some *** reason. They did bring me back because Fred wanted me to come back. When I did come back I had no training or anything.
They just told me to do the work. I worked there trying to find vendors to do some work and they did not want to do the work because of what Aim pays. They temp agency that I was working through called me and told me that she was pulling me off the assignment because I was not catching on. She also stated that she would find me another job.
I filed for unemployment and now the temp agency is saying they fired me because of poor work performance.
I was never told any of this.

At McDonalds I have to pay BEFORE they give me a big mac. I took 143 photos for a repo earlier today and posted them on line.
Then I thought to check their reputation and ended up at this site. I had already sent them an email with the link. But after reading this and other's complaints I immediately altered the link's index file, and sent them another email asking for payment via paypal FIRST.
We shall see in the morning when they get both emails if I get paid for making the photographs. I did send a few in the second email to assure them that I did make the photographs.
